Dubai Marina is still appealing to a majority of property buyers

Regardless of what experts say, Dubai is still one of the most attractive states for the investors around the globe. Within Dubai, there are several locations that are meant especially for the foreign investors. One such location is Dubai Marina. Dubai Marina is one of the most attractive and popular developments in the Dubai real estate sector. For several past months now, real estate agents are noticing a mounted interest of foreign investors in Dubai properties and they are looking for different investment opportunities.

The data obtained from a well known Dubai real estate website indicates that there is a sudden surge in the search of Dubai Marina projects with a mounted interest in rental properties. More than 18% of the searches conducted on the site during a certain period of time were recorded concering Dubai Marina properties. Other than Dubai Marina, the second most popular spot is Jumeriah Lake Towers. The least popular region to invest money is Jumeriah. In Dubai real estate rentals, Dubai Silicon, Oasis, Dubai Land and International City have some significant share to attract the attention of local and international property buyers.

According to experts and economists, the sudden appeal of Dubai properties is a result of efforts put in by government and investors to stabilize the real estate sector. They further add that the appeal of Dubai properties will significantly grow in near future with the stable legal system and the interest of government in regulating the fair buying and selling procedure of Dubai properties. Many blue chip companies are also there in the region offering prosperity to the investors once more.

Among the buyers, the most important Dubai properties that are high in demand are villas and two bedroom properties whereas there is hardly anyone who is looking for a studio apartment. Even those looking for Dubai rental are more interested in two or three bedroom apartments rather than studio apartments. The gap between supply and demand is expected to widen in Dubai later on in this year. There are more numbers of units coming in the market in 2011 and it is hoped that Dubai will start experiencing a good change in terms of prices, sales and purchase.
