33% of La Crescenta home sales were short sales or foreclosures

The number of La Crescenta home sales remained at 12. Average price per sq ft decreased (again), but average selling price is up from last month, likely due to fewer short sales and foreclosures compared to February. 
Last year, 19 La Crescenta homes sold with an average price per sq ft of $378. Average Selling price of $650,974 also stronger last year.
